The One Firenze Hotel - Florence

Absolutely terrible experience! Had to wait an eternity for someone to answer the bell and when we finally got in, the staff was on her phone-how rude! And the Wi-Fi? A complete disaster, barely connected at all. After such inconveniences, one would expect an upgrade or something, but nope, just another letdown.

The double room is modern and has an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat screen TV. Its staff are exceptional. The property has a magnificent and lovely location, it's near the train station.

Terrible Wi-Fi connection!!! Room dark and noisy, with strange evening rumbling sounds!!! Temperature control inadequate and bathroom door fails to close properly!!! Prostitution noise echoed throughout the hotel at all hours!!! Improve soundproofing!!!

Had beautiful a double room with a comfortable bed and AC, for instance. Had a hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets in the bathroom...

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a safe area, short walk to Gamberini coffee shop and Very close to Arno river for nice walks. The queen room was spotless and new-fashioned, with central heating, flat-screen television and a mini bar fridge. Central location was a plus. We ordered lunch at O' Cor 'e Napule, located close to the venue.

Loved the HUGE room with immaculate cleanliness! 😍 Super central, so close to all the sights. Only downside was the poor Wi-Fi connection. an amazing stay!

The room was immaculate! I loved having a spacious area to relax in and a balcony. The helpful host made checking in smooth and enjoyable.

The street noise might be annoying if you're a light sleeper. Even though the location is fantastic, the sounds can disrupt the peace at night.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to major attractions. The room was spacious and well-maintained, complete with air conditioning for the summer heat. The noise from surrounding areas could be disruptive, especially at night, and occasional Wi-Fi issues were frustrating. Still, the added free snacks at the bar were a nice touch.

Great big room with air conditioning. Luggage storage was a nice perk. No pets allowed.

The One Firenze is amazing location just a 10-minute walk from the train station and the heart of Florence. We walked everywhere, and the room was clean and tidy, with high ceilings . The staff were cute and helpful throughout our stay.

Street noise can be an issue with windows open.

The room was impressively large, with high ceilings, and the bath had both a shower and tub option. I appreciated having air conditioning to combat the heat .

The narrow staircase leading to the rooms is a hassle, especially when you're lugging suitcases. Noise is a real issue. You can hear the restaurant below early in the morning and your neighbors walking around above you until late at night. The Wi-Fi situation is a bit of a drag too, as you had to linger in the lobby to access it, and there was an odd mild odor in my room.
